Bata Merah House

Bata Merah House is one of the many minimalist house that we build. This located at Jenderam, Dengkil. Bata Merah House were design with the slope site. Suitable with the site condition we design this house by adding the long corridor to give a different feeling to another house. Featuring a big courtyard at the center of the house for the small children to play but still in the house area. The living room and the master bedroom are facing directly to the courtyard, this will give a beautiful scenery while living inside this house also will give the good air ventilation.

Minimalist House 01

Minimalist House 01 is a renovation works located at Jalan Kasah Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. Featuring a garden pool terrace along the edge of the living area helps softens out the inside and outside visual permeability therefore making the entry statement more subtle and grand. The house is designed to capitalises on the existing surrounding elements such as the hillside, greeneries and also natural lighting. The bedrooms are aligned on one side of the house, maximising its views toward the luscious greeneries and landscape beyond the hillside of the house.

Located in Port Dickson Negeri Sembilan, Rumah A-01 is designed to accommodate small family, providing adequate and comfortable living space for the end user. This 750sqft. house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and also a loft that can be utilised as a mini home office or turned to another bedroom depends on the client’s wish.
